Appearance and Characteristics：white crystals，soluble in water，slightly soluble in alcohol, aether and ketone，insoluble in benzene, carbon tetrachloride.

Main Usages:

Industrial grade product is mainly used in the production of dye, alkyd, glass fiber reinforced plastic, ion exchange resin, pesticide and so on．

1、Plasticizer: Alkyd made from succinic acid has good flexibility and is good at resisting water.

2、Intermediate: Diphenyl ester of succinic acid is the intermediate of dye.

3、Chelating agent: Used in plating industry to avoid corrosion of metal.

4、Surfactant, cleanser additive, and foaming agent.

5、Succinate and chemical products of succinic acid can be made through kinds of methods based on succinic acid.

6、Used in glass fiber reinforced plastic, photographic material, pesticide and so on.
